# 流量持续时间曲线偏差记录器

## 一般描述

该记录器计算每种情景的流量持续时间曲线 (FDC)，然后计算其与上限和下限目标 FDC 的偏差。目标持续时间曲线和百分位数列表的第二维度必须具有相同的长度和顺序（从高到低的值或从低到高的值）。
