# Регистратор пороговых значений годового индекса подсчета

## Общее описание

Для каждого сценария подсчитайте, сколько раз список параметров превышает пороговое значение за каждый год. Если несколько параметров превышают значения за один временной интервал, они учитываются только один раз.
