# Registrador de limites do índice de contagem anual

## Descrição geral

Para cada cenário, conte o número de vezes que uma lista de parâmetros excede um limite em cada ano. Se vários parâmetros excederem em uma etapa de tempo, eles serão contados apenas uma vez.
