# Parâmetro anual da série harmônica

## Descrição geral

UM *Parâmetro* que retorna o valor de uma série harmônica anual.

Isso *Parâmetro* compreende uma função cosseno da série N com um período de 365 dias. O cálculo é realizado usando o dia juliano do ano menos 1. Isso causa uma pequena descontinuidade em anos não bissextos.
