# Registratore della soglia dell'indice di conteggio annuale

## Descrizione generale

Per ogni scenario, conta il numero di volte in cui un elenco di parametri supera una soglia in ogni anno. Se più parametri superano lo stesso intervallo di tempo, viene conteggiato una sola volta.
