## Descrizione generale

Le **parametro obiettivo dell'energia idroelettrica** è un parametro che restituisce il flusso da un obiettivo di generazione di energia idroelettrica. Questo parametro calcola il flusso richiesto per generare un particolare obiettivo di produzione di energia idroelettrica.
